Want cut all the way through

The house wasn’t cut all the way through the wood. So upon trying to take the pieces out it broke. Even when using an exacto knife. I messaged the owner privately and it was such terrible customer service with a bad, bad attitude. I was not pleased. I’m sad because I was so excited to get this little house and build it. Will not be purchasing again just because of the customer service alone. She was rude and unhelpful.

Buyer said kit has issue, ALL I ASKED is a picture, even you can't return it, but show me a picture what the issue is. I would know if its our issue/what issue is. Even I send you a new one, it still could be a issue if its your problem. All I need is a picture, but buyer just said she throw it away, and keep asking refund. I'm sorry asking a picture is rude to you. This is not Amazon, we can not afford non-condition refund. Sorry about it
