This 2 story dollhouse has a very modern style. The large front windows and balcony are acrylic. There is quite a bit of space inside although you will probably need to use tweezers to position furniture in the front rooms. A covered patio/pergola is featured in the front.
Item is 1:144 scale.
It can also be a 1/12 dollhouse in a 1/12 dollhouse.

Tacky Glue/UV Curing Glue/Paint/Sand Paper/Hobby Knife/Tweezers
We recommend Aleene's tacky glue and Bondic UV glue for assembly
